An Embassy is diplomatic mission which is usually a group of people from one country or another country or United Nations which is present in another country to represent and protect the interest of the home-country in the host country.

In practice, a diplomatic mission usually means the permanent mission, namely the office of a home-country's diplomatic representatives in the capital city of another country.

Mortgage

A mortgage is a method of using property (real or personal) as security for the payment of a debt.

The term mortgage refers to the legal device used in securing the property, but it is also commonly used to refer to the debt secured by the mortgage, the mortgage loan.

In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property.

Real estate or immovable property is a legal term that encompasses land along with anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings. Real estate (immovable property) is often considered synonymous with real property (also sometimes called realty), in contrast with personal property (also sometimes called chattel or personalty). However, for technical purposes, some people prefer to distinguish real estate, referring to the land and fixtures themselves, from real property, referring to ownership rights over real estate.

Africa

Africa is the world's second-largest continent and second most populous after Asia. The name Africa came into Western use through the Romans, who used the name Africa terra — "land of the Afri" for the northern part of the continent. Africa is the largest of the three great southward projections from the main mass of the Earth's surface.

Africa is home to the oldest inhabited territory on earth, with the human race originating from this continent. Africa's climatic zones are largely controlled by the continent's location astride the equator and its almost symmetrical extensions into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Sudan

Sudan has turned around a struggling economy with sound economic policies and infrastructure investments, but it still faces formidable economic problems, starting from its low level of per capita output. Agriculture production remains Sudan's most important sector, employing 80% of the work force and contributing 39% of GDP.

The population of Sudan is estimated about 39 million of which 60% are Muslim, 25 % are animist and 15% are Christian. Sudan has two distinct major cultures--Arabicized Black Africans and non-Arab Black Africans. Sudan Trade Directory
